RESTAURANT AND EVENT MANAGEMENT PATHWAY
Students will learn basic food preparation skills. topics covered include safety and sanitation, foodborne illness, table etiquette, nutrition, food facts, and cooking methods. Discussions will include nutrition and wellness and the relationship of health risks, physical activity, and food choices. Students will apply the knowledge and skills to produce baking and pastry products based on industry standards.
